As businesses grow, maintaining accurate and organized customer data become increasingly challenging. Many organized struggled with managing interactions across different channels, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities.
Tracking sales deals through their lifecycle was often cumbersome, with teams lacking a clear overview of deal stages.
As companies expanded, they experienced slow response times and database bottlenecks with their CRM Systems.
Business needed a reliable way to generate reports and visualize key metrics for contacts, deals, and sales pipelines.
It was essential to implement a user management system that allowed administrators to control access to sensitive customer data.
Carpe Diem's Mission
Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.
Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage;
Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel;
Complete Flutter mobile app development;
Develop admin panel;
Strictly stick to the deadlines and the agreed budget.

THE Solution
The CRM system implemented comprehensive CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities for managing customer data.
A visualize sales pipeline feature was introduced, enabling teams to track deals through their various stages and manage multiple sales pipelines efficiently.
To address scalability issues, we transitioned the CRM system from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture.
The CRM included dashboards and reporting tools that allowed users to generate detailed reports on contacts, deals, and sales pipelines.
To ensure data security, the system integrated JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) for managing user permissions.

The CRM system enabled businesses to manage their customer interactions and data more efficiently, leading to improved customer satisfaction and retention.
