Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.

The Complete CRM System aims to help businesses streamline customer interactions, sales pipelines, and overall operations.
THE Solution
The CRM system implemented comprehensive CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities for managing customer data.
A visualize sales pipeline feature was introduced, enabling teams to track deals through their various stages and manage multiple sales pipelines efficiently.
To address scalability issues, we transitioned the CRM system from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture.
The CRM included dashboards and reporting tools that allowed users to generate detailed reports on contacts, deals, and sales pipelines.
To ensure data security, the system integrated JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) for managing user permissions.
THE MAIN FEATURE
The CRM system enabled businesses to manage their customer interactions and data more efficiently, leading to improved customer satisfaction and retention.
The visual sales pipeline feature provided sales teams with a clearer view of deal progress, allowing them to prioritize and focus on high-value opportunities.
By transitioning to a microservices architecture, the CRM could scale seamlessly as the company grew.
