OpenSpace AI is an innovative construction management app designed to automate site documentation and progress tracking using AI-powered computer vision. By leveraging 360° image capture, real-time tracking, and seamless integration with BIM and construction management platforms, OpenSpace AI enhances transparency, reduces delays, and improves efficiency in construction projects.

Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.
Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage;
Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel;
Complete Flutter mobile app development;
Develop admin panel;
Strictly stick to the deadlines and the agreed budget.

A web-based platform enabled stakeholders to access navigable site visuals, ensuring instant issue resolution and transparent communication.
The app synchronized with Building Information Models (BIM), enabling teams to compare actual progress with digital designs.
Workers annotated images to highlight issues, simplifying punch lists and RFIs (Requests for Information).
