Challenges FAced
Many businesses and individuals struggled to create customized forms due to the lack of technical expertise.
Standard form-building tools offered limited customization, making it difficult for users to tailor forms to match their branding or unique requirements.
Users needed a solution that could not only collect data but also provide detailed insights into form interactions, submission reports, and abandonment rates.

Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.
Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage;
Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel;
Complete Flutter mobile app development;

THE Solution
The platform introduced an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, allowing users to create forms without any coding knowledge.
To address customization challenges, we provided a wide range of styling operations, including predefined themes, CSS editing, and custom branding features.
The platform integrated detailed analytics and reporting features, allowing users to monitor form submissions, track user interactions, and identify abandonment rates.
To secure data security, we implemented encryption for data transmission and storage, along with GDPR compliance options like consent checkboxes. CAPTCHA verification was added to prevent spam submissions, ensuring that collected data remained secure.
