The platform offers advanced search filters, public property submissions, secure user management, and a powerful administrative panel, making it an all-in-one solution for real estate transactions. Designed for scalability, security, and user-friendliness, it simplifies the process of buying, selling, and managing real estate properties.
Challenges FAced
Traditional property listing methods were often cumbersome and inefficient, making it difficult for owners to manage property details, updates, and inquiries.
Prospective buyers often faced difficulties in finding properties that matched their criteria due to limited search filters and an absence of interactive tools.
Allowing public property submissions while ensuring data accuracy and preventing spam listings was challenging.
As a platform handling sensitive user and property data, it was crucial to implement robust security measures and comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Property owners and administrators required real-time insights into platform usage, property performance, and user interactions to make data-driven decisions.
Carpe Diem's Mission
Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.
Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage;
Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel;
Complete Flutter mobile app development;
Develop admin panel;
Strictly stick to the deadlines and the agreed budget.

Fill in the gap in the market by offering an all-in-one solution for listing, managing, and selling properties with advanced search filters, secure user management, and real-time insights.
Generate revenue through premium listings and subscription plans while continuously enhancing features to improve user experience and scalability.
THE Solution
The platform introduced a user-friendly dashboard that allowed property owners to add, update, and manage their listings with ease.
We implemented advanced search filters and an interactive map feature, allowing buyers to explore properties based on location, price, type, and amenities.
A structured public property submission page was developed, enabling users to submit properties for listing, subject to admin review.
To protect user data, the platform implemented JWT-based authentication with role-based access control and industry-standard encryption protocols.
The platform integrated real-time monitoring tools like Grafana and OpenTelemetry to provide insights into platform usage, property performance, and user behavior.
THE MAIN FEATURE
The centralized property management dashboard enabled owners to manage listings efficiently, reducing the time and effort needed to update property details and respond to inquiries. This streamlined process resulted in faster transactions and improved customer satisfaction.
The advanced search filters and interactive map made it easier for buyers to find properties matching their preferences. This feature led to higher user engagement and increased the chances of successful property matches.
